You will assist in credit application processes, conduct extensive industry research, and promote client relationships by handling complex financial analyses. The Associate role involves collaboration with the Director and Associate Directors to achieve business development objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial modeling and credit analyses
- Assist in transactions and deal write-ups




- Perform risk assessments and recommend actions
- Research client credit and service requirements
- Support documentation for transaction closures Requirements:
- 2-3 years in Corporate/Commercial Lending
- Robust credit and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in Excel, advanced skills preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- B.B.A / B.Comm or equivalent education Utilize your financial acumen to enhance credit strategies, model performance, and analysis in a highly-skilled Private Equity environment.
