You’ll be there to keep everything running smoothly – across business, travel, and day-to-day life.

What you’ll do:

– Manage inbox and calendar

n

– Coordinate travel and logistics

n

– Handle personal and admin tasks

n

– Keep the office and daily routines on track

n

– Stay one step ahead of what’s needed

n

What we’re looking for:

n

– 5+ years as an EA/Private PA in a demanding setting

n

– Strong organisation and attention to detail

n

– Able to think ahead and solve problems quickly

n





– Comfortable handling sensitive information

n

– Confident with tools like Google Workspace and Notion The role:

n

– Based in Vancouver (office-based)

n

– 8am–6pm, with some flexibility needed outside hours

n
