Our client, a fast-growing leader in the e-learning and education technology space, is seeking a Product Marketing Operations Manager to drive operational execution across their Product organization in Alberta.

This role is responsible for supporting product enablement, product lifecycle management, and M&A; product integration while partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, execution-focused professional with strong project management skills and a software/tech background.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operational execution of product lifecycle events including launches, updates, migrations, swaps, suspensions, outages, and retirements.
- Ensure product changes are executed in a controlled and timely manner across all sales channels.
- Maintain internal product documentation including product summaries, operational details, and catalog information.
- Support sales and marketing enablement by ensuring accurate product information is available across internal teams and systems.
- Coordinate learner communications related to product changes, outages, and lifecycle updates.
- Support regulatory documentation and compliance communications related to product updates.
- Maintain product catalog alignment across all sales channels and ensure governance procedures are followed.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of newly acquired products into the company catalog.
- Manage integration planning, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders involved in catalog setup and operational readiness.
- Manage and develop one direct report supporting lifecycle operations and documentation.
- Provide leadership with reporting on lifecycle activity, integration progress, and operational workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing, Project Management, or a related operational role.
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience using Jira (required);

experience with Asana or Smartsheet is an asset.
- Software/tech industry experience required.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Experience in e-learning/EdTech, e-commerce, or a private equity-backed environment is considered an asset.
