We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Program Lead-English Language & Workforce Integration to spearhead a high-impact initiative supporting adult learners, newcomers, and diverse communities in strengthening their language skills for workforce integration and long-term success.

About the Role

This is more than a program leadership role.

We are looking for someone who can bridge education, community, and opportunity, a leader who understands that strong programs must also be visible, accessible, and responsive to real-world needs.

You will lead the design, delivery, and growth of our English program, ensuring excellence in learning outcomes while driving engagement, partnerships, and enrollment.

What You Will Do

n

- Lead and oversee the delivery of a high-quality English language program for adult learners
- Design and implement innovative, learner-centered training approaches
- Drive participant recruitment, outreach, and community engagement
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with community organizations, employers, and stakeholders
- Ensure strong program coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Drive program growth, visibility, and long-term sustainability

Who You Are

- A Language Training professional with 5+ years in adult education, language training, or workforce development
- Passionate about working with diverse communities and newcomers
- A natural leader with strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Experienced in program coordination, outreach, and stakeholder engagement
- A strategic thinker who can balance program excellence with growth and impact
- Skilled at building relationships and creating opportunities for learners
