The Project Manager - Payroll will lead an ECP Canadian payroll implementation project within the HR Project Management Office. This role involves overseeing the integration of payroll systems, ensuring a seamless transition and successful project delivery.

Project Manager - Payroll - Responsibilities:
n
- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships
- Oversee and support workstream leads and PMs across the integrated project plan
- Own integrated project plan, status reporting, and issue and risk management
- Chair Project Status meetings and support Work Stream meetings as required
- Ensure operations align with Scotiabank’s values and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive work environment

Project Manager - Payroll - Mandatory Skills:
n
- 3+ years of complex project management experience
- Certification in project management (PMP)
- Previous experience managing budget and strong financial acumen
- Strong proficiency with MS tools (Excel, PPT)

Project Manager - Payroll – Nice-to-Have Skills:
n
- PM experience in HR Technology
- Strong knowledge of the Bank, or FIs
- Experience with Sharepoint and Jira
- SAP and ECP experience
- Payroll project experience
