What You’ll Do
nAs our QA/QC Coordinator, you help maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure we meet Health Canada GMP for all Natural Health Products. You coordinate with production, R&D;, and QA from raw materials through finished goods release, owning documentation accuracy, tracking deviations and CAPAs, and supporting audits and operator guidance on GMP.n
Responsibilities
n
- Coordinate day-to-day QA/QC activities across production, packaging, and R&D; teams.
- Review and approve Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) for accuracy and completeness prior to product release.
- Manage controlled documents — updating SOPs, work instructions, and forms through change control.
- Support internal GMP audits, inspection readiness, and CAPA follow-up.
- Verify incoming raw materials and packaging components, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with suppliers on quality concerns.
- Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and lab test reports to ensure specification compliance.
- Facilitate training sessions for production staff on GMP and hygiene procedures.
- Conduct line clearance checks and in-process inspections, documenting results promptly and accurately.
- Support continuous improvement projects to reduce deviations and streamline documentation.

What You Bring
n
- Science-related diploma or degree (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of QA/QC experience in a regulated environment (NHP, food, or pharma).
- Working knowledge of Health Canada GMP and documentation best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
nexperience with QMS or ERP systems preferred.n
