We are seeking an experienced Tire Sales Manager with a strong background in selling semi-steel products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing or working with retail tire stores and will be responsible for expanding our presence in this sector, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Passenger Car Radial(PCR) tire products, including all Channels,especially retail stores in the region/country .
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region/country, expanding our client base and opening new accounts.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retail store managers, owners, and other stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide detailed product knowledge to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and that promotional efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and regularly report on performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:
n
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in tire sales, with a focus on Passenger Car Radial(PCR) tire products.
- Strong experience in retail store management or sales within the tire industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.

- Knowledge of the tire industry and market trends is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
n
- Previous experience in opening new retail accounts and developing retail store networks.
- Familiarity with market dynamics and customer needs in the Passenger Car Radial(PCR) tire segment.
