What You’ll Do
n
- Take care of guests from arrival to departure, offering a warm welcome and responding proactively to their needs
- Escort guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate the seating plan to ensure smooth service flow
- Collaborate closely with the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Assist with setting up dining areas, meetings, and banquet spaces
- Support service as needed, including setup, clearing, and organizing
- Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and proper storage of equipment
- Follow all applicable standards and regulations, including those related to beverage service

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous restaurant experience (an asset)
- Ability to provide warm, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and versatility
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written), due to interactions with English-speaking guests and colleagues across Canada
