nWe are seeking a reliable Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for gumming shingles, responding to requests from the workers on roof, while performing general labor duties. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights and perform heavy lifting.n
Duties
n-Gumming shinglesn
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
- Prepare work areas by removing debris and organizing materials
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Assist with the assembly of scaffolding and safety equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Perform general labor duties as assigned

Requirements
n
- Previous experience as a Roofer or Laborer is preferred but not required
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand tools used in roofing projects
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team workplace
