Job Summary

nWe are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our RV dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.n

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct RV parts through in-person interactions, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Manage inventory levels, track stock, and coordinate with suppliers for order fulfillment
- Process sales transactions using POS systems, including cash handling and billing procedures
- Provide technical advice on RV repair parts and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the parts department area

Experience

- Previous RV dealership experience background preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of RV repair parts and maintenance
- Robust communication and organizational skills required
