About the Role
n
We are a leading health and wellness supplement distribution company seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator professional to support our mass grocery and specialty retail accounts, including major Canadian retailers such as Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro, Whole Foods, and Longo’s. This role is essential to ensuring accurate order processing and seamless day-to-day coordination between retail customers, sales, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting key retail accounts, working within ERP/CRM systems, and managing high-volume order entry in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with grocery and natural channel retailers and their systems is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities
n
- Provide day-to-day administrative and account support for assigned retail customers
- Accurately enter, process, track, and follow up on key account orders in the ERP system (NetSuite)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries, including order status and pricing-related communications
- Support retail buyers and internal sales teams with product availability, inventory status, pricing, and sales tools
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage the GS1 item listing process, including item creation, uploads, maintenance, and confirmation
- Ensure order accuracy, timely communication, and issue resolution to support high service-level performance

Required Experience & Skills
n
· Experience with product setup, item listing, or product data management (e.g., UPC/GTIN creation, SKU setup, GS1, or retailer portals) is required.
n
· Experience supporting grocery or natural channel retail accounts (Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro,
Whole Foods, Longo’s preferred)
n
· Previous experience in order entry, administrative support, or key account coordination
n
· Familiarity with ERP systems (ADM or similar strongly preferred)
n
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
n
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Education & Qualifications
n
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a high standard of service
- Proactive, energetic, and results-driven with a passion for health, wellness, and business growth.
