Overview

nWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and internal team. This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent customer service, accurate information gathering for estimates, and smooth coordination between customers, estimators, and field crews.n

This position is seasonal, running from May through to the end of November each year.

Duties

n

- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Gather and document all necessary information required for job estimates
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and estimators regarding service related questions and follow ups
- Communicate updates, clarify details, and ensure customer needs are properly addressed
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments
- Process payments accurately and securely
- Assist with scheduling crews for select jobs as needed
- Perform general administrative duties,



including filing and maintaining organized records
- Assist with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and basic data entry when required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
