As a Senior Analyst Transactional Accounting in the Accounting, Capital Markets and Treasury team, you will join our team whose mandate consists of checking the end-to-end accuracy of transactional financial information reported on the financial statements. - Help reconcile transactional systems with the Midas and SAP General Ledgers to validate the integrity and accuracy of financial data
- Be responsible for the accounting of financial transactions for financial products and derivatives, analyze discrepancies in the General Ledger, and adjust and document entries
- Participate in monthly financial analyses on results and explanations of balance sheet fluctuations
- Support our partners on a daily basis and at month end
- Help develop and implement efficient analysis measures, approaches and methods
- Identify and analyze the needs of stakeholders to contribute to the development of systems, tools, and processes that respond to their needs and facilitate decision-making

Your team Within the Transactional Accounting for Capital Markets and Treasury department, you are part of a large team of 13 analysts divided between two Directors who report to a Senior Manager. Our team specializes in transactional data processing, financial analysis and accounting analysis. The core of each analyst's role is similar, the differences lie in the transactional system and financial products that are followed by each. We work closely with several business partners and we are a close-knit team who continually help each other by exchanging and sharing our knowledge and discoveries.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR University certificate and 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial and/or accounting analysis
- Knowledge of accounting principles applicable to complex financial instruments
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Diligence, autonomy and initiative
- Behavioural agility
- Knowledge of the Murex transaction platform, a plus
