About the Department:

- The BFS National Office consists of various groups that support the strategic initiatives and operations of Small Business and Commercial Banking markets.
- The Transformation Enablement Team plays a key role in driving change initiatives that enhance business capabilities and operational effectiveness across Commercial Banking.

Role Overview:

n

- We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager with a strong background in change management practices to support the Transformation - Coverage Model Program.
- The successful candidate will lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, driving successful business outcomes in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Lead and coordinate change management activities for business enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.




- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Commercial Banking and functional partners (including Finance) to integrate change management strategies into program deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Utilize the BANK'S Triple A framework to support change initiatives and maintain consistency with organizational standards.
- Identify potential risks, resistance points, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership and project teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams on best practices for managing change and driving adoption.
- Prepare high-quality change management documents, including training plans and communication materials.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services industry with strong understanding of project business management
- Hands-on experience implementing change management activities
- Proven ability to guide teams and stakeholders toward informed, consensus-driven decisions
- Excellent storytelling skills - both written and verbal - with high attention to detail in preparing change management documents (e.g., training plans, communication materials)
