Job Description:

Client Data Enablement & Oversight
n
n
- Lead the global Client Data Enablement function accountable for client, account, credit, legal agreement, and settlement data across trading and post-trade environments.
n
- Provide senior oversight of data managed across multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment across onboarding, trading, settlement, and regulatory processes.
n
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex client data and onboarding issues with material business, client, or risk impact.
n

- Drive the execution of client data strategy and modernization initiatives, including platform integration, data standardization, and process automation.
n
- Partner with Technology and Enterprise Data teams to define business requirements, data standards, and integration approaches that support scalability and data integrity.
n
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, reduce manual touchpoints, and enable downstream consumption for reporting, analytics, and regulatory needs.

- Establish and maintain data governance and control frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

- Oversee controls related to internal functions

- Lead responses to audit findings and data-related risk events, ensuring timely and sustainable remediation.

- Accountable for portfolio delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, including prioritization, execution, and outcome tracking.
n
- Support AVP with budgets, headcount, and vendor spend, ensuring effective resource utilization and cost discipline.
n
- Deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, risk reduction, and client experience.

- Lead and develop group managers, build a strong leadership bench through talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
n
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and risk awareness.
n
- Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Front Office, Technology, Risk, Credit, Compliance, and Enterprise Data to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
n
- Communicate complex issues clearly to senior and executive stakeholders, providing informed recommendations and options.
n
- Represent Client Data Enablement in enterprise initiatives and cross-functional forums.

Qualifications & Experience
nn
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Capital Markets Operations, Client Onboarding, Data Enablement, or related functions
n
- Demonstrated experience leading large teams
n
- Solid knowledge of client, account, credit, AML/KYC, and reference data in a dealer or financial services environment
n
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
n
- Experience with data governance, data remediation, and workflow or process automation
n
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
n
