- Oversee projects from pre-construction to final completion
- Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change orders
- Coordinate with architects,



engineers, and consultants
- Direct teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Requirements:
- 10+ years in commercial or industrial construction
- Proven experience with multi-million-dollar builds
- Solid leadership and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Understanding of BC permitting and zoning preferable Lead high-impact projects, ensuring quality execution and client-focused communication throughout every phase.
