Leopard Pizza is looking for a guest focused, hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our team part-time. The right person takes ownership, anticipates guest needs, and brings energy and professionalism to every shift.

What You’ll Do

n

- Deliver exceptional, detail-oriented service that creates memorable guest experiences
- Build genuine connections with guests and read the room to tailor your approach
- Take orders confidently and accurately, ensuring timing and flow are seamless
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to consistent, high standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining space
- Take full ownership an accountability, from first greet to final goodbye
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Step in where needed—supporting teammates and prioritizing the overall guest experience

What We’re Looking For

n

- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Someone who is self-driven and takes pride in their work




- Strong situational awareness and the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Confident multitasker who stays calm under pressure
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine (or a solid willingness to learn)
- Valid ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Availability for evenings and weekends
