Overview

nWe are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.n

Prior experience in food service and familiarity with restaurant operations are highly valued. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Auphan POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guests throughout their meal
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing attentive guest services
- Address guest inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of customer service and hospitality

Experience

n

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Auphan POS is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and order management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving, upselling, and customer engagement is desirable
- Prior kitchen or food preparation experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
