Job Summary

nWe are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.n

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed




- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Experience

n

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred
- Strong skills in customer service, hospitality, and guest relations
- Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience with food handling, preparation, or kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent service quality

nPay: $20.00-$23.00 per hourn

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
