nKe Charcoal Grill & Sushi is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and is eager to provide guests with an exceptional Japanese dining experience.n

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining solid menu knowledge, and ensuring each guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable visit.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes, sushi, and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly




- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety and service standards

Requirements

- Previous serving experience in a restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or sushi is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain)
