Job Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments (cash, credit, debit) accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Set up and reset tables before and after guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate

Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., food handler certification is an asset)
