As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.n
Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated
- Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and skilled manner
- Ensure that orders are accurate and meet the guests’ expectations
- Check on guests periodically to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to explain and upsell items
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area, including cleaning and resetting tables
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
