Summary The Parts & Service Advisor is the key liaison between customers and the service department. This role involves assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, recommending appropriate maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with technicians and supplying the correct parts for their repairs.

Responsibilities

n

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on maintenance and repair services
- Prepare accurate quotes and explain costs clearly
- Coordinate workflow between service technicians and the parts department
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
- Recommend services, maintenance packages, and accessories where appropriate
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with care and professionalism




- Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient service area
- Assist customer looking up the correct parts for their vehicles

Qualifications

n

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or in automotive customer service preferred
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems (experience with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, Quorum is an asset
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
