nWe are seeking a friendly and attentive sever/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a key member of our establishment, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, serve drinks efficiently, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Take orders from guests and provide recommendations to enhance their experience through upselling techniques
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and serving
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly without compromising quality
- Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with customers professionally and courteously




- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

n

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Hospitality or restaurant experience is highly valued for this role
