Key Responsibilities
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams
- Lead and support contractor teams and facility operations
- Oversee preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting
- Review contracts and support operational improvements
- Participate in project planning, maintenance strategies, and reporting
- Oversee daily facility maintenance services
- Support energy management and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to facility-related incidents as required

Required Qualifications
n
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or similar role
- Experience managing contracts under project agreements
- Financial planning and analysis experience
- Eligibility to obtain required government security clearances in accordance with applicable laws

Preferred Qualifications
n
- Experience with public-private partnership (P3) projects
- Knowledge of cost control and facilities budgeting
- Familiarity with long-term contract management
- Understanding of building systems and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard computer applications
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French) are an asset
nCompensation & Benefitsn
- Salary range: CAD $88,600 – $138,600 (based on experience and qualifications)
