What You’ll Be Doing:

nLooking for a summer job where you’ll actually learn something (and not just make coffee)? This role gives you hands-on experience in both customer service and operations — right at the heart of our business.n

You’ll split your time between helping customers and supporting day-to-day operations:

Customer Service & Front Desk

n

- Greet customers and truck drivers — you’ll be the first point of contact
- Answer phones and help direct customer requests
- Support the team with general office administration

nShipping & Coordinationn

- Prepare and organize shipping paperwork
- Track shipments and help keep deliveries on schedule
- Get freight quotes and assist with scheduling shipments
- Help manage documentation like mill certificates

Business Support

n

- Research project bid sites and support market intelligence activities
- Assist the team with various administrative and coordination tasks

n





What You’ll Need:

n

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Comfortable talking to customers, drivers, and team members
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay on top of things
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- A willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed
