Our restaurant has two locations, one located at Ambleside by the beach with a beautiful view of the water, and the second at the edge of False Creek with stunning views of the marina and Granville Island .

We are currently seeking an energetic, eager, and ambitious Sushi Chef to join our BOH Team.

n

Who You Are:

n· A team-player; you thrive in a team environment and are an expert communicator in the kitchenn

· You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments, preferably in a fine dining establishment

n

· You have superior technical and natural cooking abilities

n

Must Haves:

n· A minimum of 2 years of kitchen experiencen





· Open availability- including mornings, evenings, and weekends

n

· A desire to grow and learn in a dynamic work environment

n

Nice to Have:

n· A culinary school diploma is preferred, but not requiredn
