nTeam Member – Junk Removal & Cleanouts The Junk Brigade | Metro Vancouvern

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our junk removal and property cleanout crew.

n

Our work involves helping homeowners, property managers, and businesses clear out unwanted items efficiently and professionally.

n

This is an active, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

n

What your typical day looks like

n

- Meeting the crew at our designated location each morning before starting the workday
- Driving to different job sites across Metro Vancouver
- Speaking with customers and walking through job sites to understand what needs to be removed
- Explaining the job process and pricing before starting the work
- Loading and removing items from homes, apartments, garages, construction sites, and commercial spaces
- Making sure the job site is left clean and organized once the work is completed
- Completing invoices and confirming payment before leaving the job site




- Communicating with dispatch throughout the day to coordinate the next jobs
- Maintaining a clean and organized truck
- Ensuring all equipment and items are secured before moving to the next job

nAt the end of the day, the crew ensures the truck is clean, organized, and locked up, ready for the next workday.n

What we’re looking for

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting
- Good communication with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a small crew
- Moving, construction, landscaping, or labour experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is a bonus
