My client within the Financial services industry is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their team. You will partner closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top technology talent that supports business objectives across The Americas.

The Role

n

You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for technology roles across multiple business groups, operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment that values agility and strong stakeholder partnership.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Partner with hiring managers through effective intake meetings to clearly understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for internal and external talent across assigned business units
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract and identify both active and passive candidates
- Leverage cost‑effective sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent databases, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (training provided)
- Coordinate and manage interview processes through to verbal offer stage
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment activity and reporting within the ATS, including metrics, trends, and outcomes
- Ensure fair, consistent,



and equitable recruitment and selection practices
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners where required
- Contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of a global talent acquisition strategy

Focus Areasn
- Primarily technology recruitment, including backend and frontend developers and other technical roles
- A dynamic hiring setting requiring adaptability, market awareness, and a strong sense of urgency

About You

n

- 3–7 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally combining both agency and in‑house/corporate recruitment
- Demonstrated success recruiting highly skilled technology professionals in competitive markets (essential)
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders
- Proven experience managing a high‑volume corporate recruitment portfolio (20+ roles concurrently)
- Confident in identifying strong résumés, conducting effective prescreens, and delivering quality shortlists
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing expectations with both hiring managers and candidates
