- Test specialized Pega rules including Decision Tables, Data Transforms, Activities, and

- Verify that Pega correctly communicates with external APIs and Databases (checking the Integration Mapping).
- Create detailed bug reports in Jira, specifically linking defects to Pega Rule Names to help developers fix issues faster.
- Debugging: Minimum experience using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA,
nand Live UI.n
- Familiarity with Pega 8.x or 24.x architectures.
- Deep understanding of Worklists, Work Baskets, and SLA (Service Level Agreement)
nlogic.
