Role Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site Waiter position based in Mississauga, ON. The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and delivering orders, ensuring the dining area is clean and welcoming, and assisting in creating a warm dining experience for guests. The role will also involve maintaining knowledge of the menu, addressing customer inquiries,



and collaborating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.n

Qualifications

- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective interactions.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service industries, including familiarity with menu items and serving protocols.
- Basic understanding of Cooking techniques is a plus to better assist customers with their selections.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to perform efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Turkish or Arabic
