You'll provide warm, attentive service to guests, ensure smooth table turnover, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Key Responsibilities - Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with a smile.

- Maintain table cleanliness, anticipate guest needs, and upsell specials or drinks confidently.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and resolve any issues seamlessly.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash-outs, and balance end-of-shift reports.




- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to deliver safe, high-quality service every shift.
- Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and supporting team during peak hours.

Qualifications - 1–2+ years of restaurant serving experience.

- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude under pressure.
- Solid multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
- FoodSafe and SmartServe certification or willingness to obtain (asset).
