Job Summary

nCyrus Heating & Cooling Company Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing HVAC equipment and materials while maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC equipment and materials (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, parts, etc.)
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for installation crews and deliveries
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean and orderly manner
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper equipment
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Label, store, and rotate stock appropriately
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and material staging for job sites
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times

nQualifications & Requirementsn

- Previous warehouse or HVAC industry experience is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more)




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts is preferred
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
