Requirements
- High School graduate
- Experience in welding steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Mechanically inclined
- Tanker experience would be an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong focus on attention to detail and health and safety
- Moderate computer skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Welding certification is an asset

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform skilled fabrication and maintenance welding using various methods and materials
- Perform skilled tasks in all types of welding, oxy-acetylene torch and plasma-arc cutting, grinding, etc.
- Works with a variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum related materials.
- Communicates details of work completed and data logging, verbally, in writing or by computer
- Work in accordance with all safety procedures, standards and regulations
- Professional and service-oriented interactions with all customers
- Attend and participate in scheduled safety and maintenance meetings
- Attend and participate in work-related training and development opportunities
- Perform minor mechanical repairs
- Perform other related work as assigned
