We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to organize and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure accurate, effective, and safe handling of products. This includes shipping, receiving, inventory control, and coordination with other departments to meet customer and project needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in warehouse operations, logistics and inventory coordination.

Duties
n
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing products are accurately processed and documented.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and organization of bin locations.
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality; report damages or discrepancies.
- Pick orders double-checking for accuracy and prepare the product for shipping.
- Schedule and coordinate pick ups and/or deliveries with courier and freight companies.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty processing.
- Keep warehouse clean, organized,
and compliant with safety standards.
- Monitor supply levels and assist with ordering warehouse materials or packaging supplies.
- Communicate with purchasing, sales and project teams regarding inventory needs, shortages, or shipment issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical task as required.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- General knowledge of computer.
