The organisation is seeking a progressive Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who values individuals who are intellectually curious, adaptable, and eager to make an impact within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities and oversight:
n
- Support the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes, including development of rolling forecasts
- Build and maintain financial models to support revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital analysis
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages with clear, concise variance analysis against budget and prior periods
- Develop and enhance KPI dashboards to provide visibility into key operational and financial drivers
- Partner with business leaders to support pricing, customer profitability, and commercial decision-making
- Analyze trends and performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic initiatives
- Support M&A; integration efforts, including standardization of reporting and alignment of financial processes across entities
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancement of data quality and reporting tools
- Assist with month-end management accounting activities,
including accruals, analysis, and reconciliation of results to forecast The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details will be disclosed to candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
n
- CPA with 3 + years of experience in FP&A;, management accounting, or related analytical role
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Experience in a multi-entity, services, or high-growth environment is preferred
- Exposure to private equity, acquisitions, or integration activities is beneficial
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
