## What You’ll Do
n
As one of our Catering Sales Managers, you will be a primary point of contact for clients planning meetings, banquets, receptions, and small to mid-sized events. You will guide clients through the planning process, provide exceptional service, and ensure each event is executed seamlessly. Working closely with the Senior Catering Manager, you will support departmental sales goals and maintain solid client relationships.

### Key Responsibilities
n
- Drive catering sales through proactive outreach, prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Coordinate event details including menus, logistics, setups, BEOs, and communication with internal departments.
- Manage small to mid-sized corporate, government, and social functions.
- Conduct site tours, client meetings, and sales calls to support new and repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across corporate, government, and social event markets.
- Support the development of annual sales goals, marketing initiatives, and departmental planning.
- Maintain accurate client data, event information, and documentation within catering and CRM systems.
- Represent the hotel professionally at networking events and industry functions.
- Provide support and collaboration within the catering and banquet teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
n## What You Bringn
- Hospitality Management education preferred.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in hospitality sales, catering, or events.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers;
nexperience with catering systems or CRM platforms an asset.n
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional client service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
nThe work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests. Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.n
