Job Summary

nWe are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves mixing drinks, managing POS transactions, and ensuring all food safety standards are met.n

Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with Micros POS systems are highly desirable. The successful candidate will contribute to a lively environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Duties

n

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage POS transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure all food safety and food handling protocols are followed to maintain health standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking practices
- Assist in setting up events or special promotions as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of Micros POS or similar cashiering systems is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background or experience in the food industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.20-$31.88 per hour
