Responsibilities

- Prepare baked goods such as pastries, cakes, and bread, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Decorate cakes and desserts with creative flair to enhance visual appeal.
- Assist in food production and preparation tasks across the kitchen, including assembling ingredients and cooking menu items.
- Package baked goods and food items efficiently for sale or catering purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, following food safety protocols at all times.
- Support food handling processes by adhering to proper hygiene practices and safety regulations.
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about baked goods and menu options.

Skills

- Experience in baking, pastry decoration,



or food production is highly desirable.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key.
