What You’ll Be Doing

As Controller, you will be at the center of financial operations, providing leadership, insight, and accountability across the organization:

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Deliver in-depth variance analysis and costing, identifying key trends and providing actionable insights to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with ASPE standards, including evolving regulatory requirements
• Own the general ledger (GL), ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team

What You Bring

• CPA designation (required)
• Background in public practice, combined with progressive industry experience (construction strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across all levels
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
