Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone and in person to provide outstanding support and assistance
Promote products and services proactively to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist clients with inquiries, order processing, data entry, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM systems
Support credit card processing procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions




Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Qualificationsn
Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous
Robust computer skills
Excellent communication skills with skilled phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Ability to perform outbound calling campaigns with confidence and persistence
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Previous experience in credit card processing, typing accuracy, and customer service roles is desirable
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or call center software is a plus
