Are you a risk and audit skilled who thrives in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment? MSH Americas is looking for an Audit and Risk Management Specialist to join our Compliance team and play a central role in protecting the integrity of our operations.

This role spans three core areas: risk management, audit, and internal controls, giving you broad visibility across the organisation and direct exposure to senior leadership.

What you will be doing:

Risk management

- Lead the annual self-risk assessment, maintain the corporate risk register, and advise business lines on risk controls
- Conduct annual AML risk assessments, vendor/provider/partner surveys, and quarterly Executive Committee reporting
- Promote a risk-aware culture through training, communication, and best practices

Audit

- Plan, execute, and report on internal and external audits, including semi-annual insurer audits
- Coordinate ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 1, and SOC 2 certifications with external auditors and keep Vanta audit-ready
- Track audit findings and nonconformities through to resolution; present quarterly reports to the Audit Committee

Internal control

- Evaluate organisational processes, identify control gaps, and recommend improvements to management
- Perform internal audit projects and follow up on outstanding issues to strengthen governance
- Maintain regulatory compliance documentation and ensure all policies are reviewed on schedule

What we are looking for

- Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in risk management and/or audit
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 1, or SOC 2 (preferred)




- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership, including Executive and Audit Committees

- CIA designation
- CPA designation
- CISA designation
- Experience with Vanta
- AML risk assessment experience
