to resolve any anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in-house.Gather all necessary project information and costs for the purposes of compiling and writing up change notices and out of scope work (extras).Work with TMG finance team to ensure all paperwork (customer files, job files and quotes) are accurate and completed in a timely manner.Participate in weekly production meetings.Assist in obtaining current customers as requestedAlways conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanshipAll other duties as requiredQualificationsRelevant industry work experienceRelevant trade certification an asset (309A)PMP certification or desire to pursueKnowledge of electrical industry and electrical design principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, time and budget management skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View.Familiarity with ERP systems with preference for experience working with Microsoft NAV DynamicsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordWilling and able to travel to customer locations as neededWe Look Forward to Hearing from You!We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
