AJ’s Brooklyn Pizza Joint is growing, and we’re looking to add a Front of House Manager to the team. Join one of the most dialled-in crews in Vancouver.

We’re looking for someone who can lead the floor, own the guest experience, and keep the team operating at a high level — every shift.

Evening and weekend availability required. Must have a valid work permit and open availability.

$22 - $26/hr plus tips to start depending on experience.

Position available for Front of House Manager (full time)

This is a leadership role focused on service, team performance, and daily operations. You’ll be running shifts, managing the FOH team, and working closely with ownership to ensure a consistently strong guest experience.

Day-to-day duties include (but are not limited to):

- Running the floor and leading FOH shifts with a strong presence
- Managing reservations, guest flow, and overall service execution
- Scheduling FOH staff to meet business needs
- Leading pre-shifts and setting clear expectations for the team
- Performance management of FOH staff, including coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Hiring, training, and developing FOH team members
- Maintaining service standards, consistency,



and attention to detail
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Cash handling, cash-outs, and end-of-night reporting
- Working with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitoring labour, sales, and overall shift performance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front-of-house environment

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 2–3+ years experience in a high-volume FOH leadership role
- Is confident managing people, performance, and guest experience
- Available to close Thursday - Sunday nights
- Has robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Understands scheduling, labour management, and service standards
- Leads by example and holds the team accountable
- Brings positive energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Can stay composed and make decisions under pressure

We currently offer Extended Health Benefits to staff after 3 consecutive months of full-time employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
