Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking DZ Truck Driver / Labourer to join our crew. This role is not just driving—you will be actively involved in daily labour tasks alongside the team.

Responsibilities

- Operate DZ-class trucks to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Perform general labour duties including: asphalt patch repairs, crack routing/sealing, line painting, sealcoating, and power sweeping
- Equipment/site setup and cleanup
- Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently
- Complete daily job sheets and basic vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work setting

Requirements

- Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record (abstract required)




- Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working long hours during peak season
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prepared to work 35-50 hours a week, including weekends & holidays
- Previous experience in construction or pavement maintenance is an asset (but not required)

- Outdoor Construction or Landscape: 1 year (preferred)
- Skid Steer: 1 year (preferred)
