About the Role

This is a hands-on role for a highly organized, dependable, and capable person who is robust at follow-through and motivated to learn.

You will help execute marketing projects, support lead generation, improve systems, and keep important work moving forward. You do not need to arrive as a seasoned marketing expert. You do need to be sharp, coachable, resourceful, and able to take direction and turn it into action.

This is a lean environment. You will make up the marketing function alongside our in-house video creator/editor. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and building.

What You Will Do

- Help execute marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, social media, landing pages, and our website
- Support buyer and seller lead generation initiatives
- Build and manage projects based on leadership direction
- Help improve systems for organization, execution, follow-up, and reporting
- Work inside tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Support CRM workflows, automations, forms, and database marketing
- Coordinate with our in-house video creator/editor
- Track results and help identify what is working

Experience in marketing, administration, project coordination, operations, or a similar role is an asset. Experience in real estate is helpful, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.0 per week
