Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to meet demand.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.

Experience

- Previous experience in bartending or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and hospitality standards is an asset.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
