Job Description: Customer Service Specialist
Reports to: Business Manager
Position Overview:
ComFree is changing the way Canadians buy and sell real estate.
For decades, homeowners have been told the only way to sell their home is to pay 4–6% commission. At ComFree, we believe homeowners deserve a smarter option — one that gives them control of the process while saving tens of thousands of dollars.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and enjoys helping customers navigate an innovative real estate platform.
This is not a traditional customer service role. You will sit at the intersection of customer experience, product education, and operations, supporting homeowners as they use ComFree to successfully buy and sell their homes. Our AI systems manage much of the routine communication, allowing you to focus on problem solving, client success, and delivering an exceptional experience.
This role is ideal for a business student or recent graduate who wants exposure to a growing company disrupting a massive industry or anyone with experience in a high paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Provide exceptional customer support to ComFree clients through phone, email, and digital channels.
Help homeowners understand how to successfully navigate the ComFree platform and maximize the effectiveness of their listing.
Provide accurate listing data input to national real estate databases (MLS)
Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing guidance and reassurance throughout the listing process.
Customer Support & Problem Solving
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns,
and requests quickly and professionally.
Troubleshoot issues and work with internal teams to ensure fast and effective resolutions.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline internal processes.
Sales & Customer Success Support
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from initial inquiry through listing success.
Identify opportunities where additional ComFree services may benefit the customer.
Assist with lead nurturing, client retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
Operations & Systems
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.
Help ensure operational processes run smoothly as the company scales.
Provide feedback to leadership on customer trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
