POSITION DETAILS
BeHome Nursing is looking for professional, caring, and committed Personal Support Workers to join our rapidly growing team. If you’re passionate about positively impacting lives and looking for a casual role that offers both flexibility and purpose, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support daily living activities, ensuring dignity and comfort.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (if applicable).
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Provide companionship,



emotional support, and assistance with mobility and transfers.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Qualifications:

- Personal Support Worker certification (an asset).
- Experience in home care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities (preferred).
- Knowledge of dementia care or experience with individuals with dementia (an asset).
- Strong communication and patient care skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow healthcare professionals' instructions.
