Lead the financial documentation and fiscal registration required for both BC Provincial and Federal Canadian incorporation.

- Fiscal Policy Development: Design and implement robust internal controls, transparent reporting systems, and audit‑ready financial policies.
- Charitable Compliance: Oversee the university’s status with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), ensuring all filings meet federal standards for educational non‑profits.
- Strategic Budgeting: Collaborate with the Executive Board of Canadian Scholars to manage operational budgets for online and in‑person curriculum delivery.
